Using a mixture of POLYURETHANE in mortar, MEGABLOCK improves insulation and reduces sound transmission.

HOW TO INSTALL:

1. Set up concrete base on which to lay the first level of PARTITION MEGABLOCK.

Align and properly level the first row by using a fish line and level bar.

2. Prepare a fine sand mix render of toothpaste consistency. Using pallet, spread the mix on the upper lip of the MEGABLOCK every three (3) inches. This will be the base for the next level. For subsequent levels, you may use a "soldier" or "interlocking" laying method. Fill the voids and level off the MEGABLOCK with the excess cement mix.

3. Horizontal materials such as steel bars, electrical tubes, and water pipes may pass thru the MEGABLOCK concrete connector indentations.

4. The fine sand mix in step 2 may also be used to fill up the minor pores of the MEGABLOCK. This will save on the use of the skimcoat.

5. Finish off the MEGABLOCK wall with a skimcoat using a pallet. Since the MEGABLOCK are already well-aligned, the skimcoat will be ready to accept the next finishing stage such as painting on the wall.
